Cypress Trace South runs along Cypress Trace Drive, where early-1980s attached villas commonly have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a carport and about 1,100 to 1,400 square feet. Cypress Trace North, around Lake Cypress Drive, has a mix of villa- and townhome-style condos from about 1983–1984, including two- and three-bedroom plans. Both sections have shared recreation, but the amenities and what the association maintains depend on the section and the specific unit.

Ask for the documents and current contact for the exact unit rather than assuming North and South have the same fees or rules; management may have changed since this page was updated.
