Adi Rakanovic Listing Agent

Thinking about selling your home?

I’ll help you figure out what your home is worth, what—if anything—is worth fixing before you list, and how to put it in front of serious buyers. You’ll get a straight answer from me, even if I think waiting makes more sense.

Start with an honest conversation

I’ll tell you what I would do if it were my house.

Some homes need work before they hit the market. Others just need a weekend of cleanup and good photos. I’ll walk through yours with you and tell you where I think your time and money will matter—and where it won’t.

You won’t be handed off to an assistant after we meet. I’ll be your point of contact for pricing, preparation, showings, offers, inspections, and closing.

Before the listing goes live

Here’s what we’ll decide together.

The right plan depends on your home, your timing, and how much you want to take on before the sale.

01

Choose the asking price

We’ll look at recent sales, competing homes, condition, improvements, buyer activity, and your timeline. An online estimate is only a starting point.

02

Decide what is worth doing

I’ll point out the repairs and updates that may help, the ones buyers probably won’t care about, and the projects I would skip entirely.

03

Make the home easy to notice

We’ll get the rooms ready, bring in a professional photographer, and make sure the listing shows buyers what is genuinely good about the home.

04

Work through the offers

I’ll explain the numbers and the fine print, help you compare the offers, and stay involved through inspections, appraisal, and closing.

Marketing the home

Good photos are only the beginning.

I’ll coordinate the photography, write the listing, put it in front of buyers and agents, manage showings, and follow up after people see it.

01

Photos and videoClean, professional visuals that make buyers want to see the home in person.

02

The listing itselfClear copy, accurate details, and distribution across the MLS and major real estate sites.

03

Reaching peopleOnline promotion and direct outreach to agents who may already be working with the right buyer.

04

Showings and follow-upScheduling, feedback, and an honest conversation if the market is telling us to change something.

Working with me

You’ll know who to call—and I’ll answer.

I’m the person who walks through the home with you, answers your questions, talks with the other agents, reviews the offers, and keeps the sale moving.

If something changes or a problem comes up, I’ll explain it plainly and tell you what I think we should do next.

The way I work

Every home gets my full attention.

Whether you’re selling a condo, a family home, waterfront property, or an investment, my job is to make it look its best, reach serious buyers, and help you make good decisions when offers come in.

I’ll tell you what I think, keep you updated, and stay involved until the keys change hands.

A few common questions

What sellers usually ask me.

What happens when I contact you?+

We’ll talk about the home, why you may be selling, and your timing. If it makes sense, I’ll come see the property and give you my honest opinion about value and what to do next. There’s no obligation to list.

How do you determine the right list price?+

I look at recent sales, competing listings, condition, improvements, location, buyer activity, and your timeline. Then I’ll show you the numbers and explain where I think the asking price should be.

What should I do before listing?+

Before you spend money, let me see the house. I’ll help you separate the things that could make a difference from the projects that probably won’t pay you back.

Is my home a good fit for you?+

Probably. I work with condos, single-family homes, waterfront property, investment homes, and everything in between. Once I know the property and your goals, I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for the job.
