The neighborhood has an unusual mix: 1970s single-family houses, updated lakefront properties and newer custom construction. Several Del Oro Drive homes back to Alligator Lake, while others are inland, so the water setting depends on the address.
Recent property listings show three-bedroom homes with two or more bathrooms, private pools on some lots, and both one- and two-story layouts. A new two-story, three-bedroom home has also been marketed on 7th Street South. That variety makes this a good place to compare the individual lot, house age and lake frontage—not just the subdivision name.
