Learn more about Avalon

Avalon is a single-family subdivision around 28th Street North and the mid-teen avenues in St. Petersburg. Property listings in the plat range from 1920s cottages to postwar ranch houses, with some newer homes built on individual lots. Two- and three-bedroom houses are common in the older stock, but size and layout vary considerably.

This is an established city neighborhood, not a condo building or a uniform planned community. The contrast between small original houses and newer infill is worth seeing in person: lot size, parking, renovations and the condition of major systems can differ even on the same block.
