FEES YOU WILL NOT SEE
The small charges that quietly wreck the math? Not here.
No monthly fee while vacant
You are not paying an ongoing management fee when the property is not producing rent.
No lease-renewal fee
A good tenant staying another year does not create another placement-style charge.
No vendor-invoice markup
You see the vendor's invoice. Real Pinellas does not add a percentage to it.
No trip fee
You are not billed simply because I visit the property to understand or verify an issue.
A REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE
What would a $2,000-per-month rental cost?
Here is the simple version for a fully occupied twelve-month year. Repairs and third-party vendor work are separate, with no Real Pinellas markup.
If no new tenant is placed that year, the management total in this example is $2,400.

Portfolio pricing is handled directly.
The standard 10% management fee may be adjusted for larger portfolios. The property mix and management needs matter, so portfolio owners receive a direct quote.
